Men’s skin care with lots of caring (1)

Good morning everybody.  We all know that women cares a lot to their skin.  They always keep it smooth and flawless as much as possible. But with men, usually they don’t mind about their skin.  But it’s wrong.  Even men should care for their skin too.  It’s not a matter of a gender, the important here is the caring of the skin.  Specially men were more exposed to sunlight and dust, so the more they should care for their skin.

NOT only do men need stronger skin-care products to cushion the harsh effects of sun and sea, they also require different formulations to deal with specific concerns that the best cleansers, astringents and moisturizers meant for women can’t address.

“Men’s needs are different,” says Frederic Forsans, director of F&P Asia Ltd., exclusive distributor of Zirh products in the region. “For one, their skin is generally oilier and not as soft and as delicate as women’s.”

Developed and marketed by Shiseido, Zirh is a high-end line that aims to exclusively address men’s skin-care concerns. This early, the brand ranks third in terms of sales to market leaders Aramis and Clarins in the United States.

Part of Zirh’s success, says Forsans, is its ability to effectively target a wide range of men’s skin-care needs sans complicated steps for its users. Despite the marketing hype prevalent among beauty products for women, most men favor “performance” over fancy packaging, esoteric ingredients and strong perfumes.

Zirh offers products to allow the user to treat his skin in three easy steps: Clean, an alpha-hydroxy face wash; Correct, a vitamin-enriched serum; and Protect, a daily face moisturizer.

A complement to this approach is Defend, a moisturizer with SPF-15. In addition to its basic line, a variety of other Zirh products offer men the chance to treat problem areas and optimize the look and feel of their skin. Zirh also has a line of freshly scented colognes and eau de toilette.
